  1. 1. Q: How do I view channels or programs in full screen mode?

    A: Click the third button from the lower left side.

  2. 2. Q: How do I return to the normal screen size?

    A: Press the “ESC” key on your keyboard.

  3. 3. Q: Why do I need to wait when switching from one channel to another?

    A: When you connect to a channel, there is buffer time to get the stream from the peer(s) from whom it is provided. The buffer period could be from 15s to 60s depending on your Internet speed.

  4. 4. Q: If the stream stops or the screen turns black, what should I do?

    A: Please try closing the player and re-opening it. This could also happen if you are experiencing low internet speed; when this is the case, call your internet service provider for a solution.

  5. 5. Q: How do I know if there are new channels?

    A: Every time you open the StarP2P player, all currently available channels will be listed.

  6. 6. Q: How could I provide content to you? Or establish a channel on StarP2P?
