Download the software. Unzip the download file into executable file. Double click to run the program. The following window will pop up.
Select ”English”, click “OK”.
Click “Next”.
Select "I accept the agreement", then, click “Next”.
Click “Next”.
Click “Next”.
Click “Next”, will create a IPPOTV desktop icon.
Click “Install”.
Installation is in progress, please wait.
Click “Finish”. Installation is complete, and launching IPPOTV now.
Click on IPPOTV, the following window will pop up. 
Click on the "Channel" and double click on any program, wait for about 15sec. to 1min., and enjoy.
